Emily will kick things off by guiding you through an outdoor all levels flow class, with the soothing sounds of nature as your soundtrack you will feel the warmth of the sun on your skin and breathe in the fresh summer air. As you move through the poses you will cultivate mindfulness and embrace the beauty of movement as you stretch and strengthen your body in harmony with your surroundings. After practice each participant will receive a flight of summer beers by Rhinegeist Brewery (non-alcoholic options available) and light snacks!
This is a time to slow down, sip and savor the summer season, mingle with your yoga community, laugh, make new connections and create lasting memories.

In the spirit of summer growth and mindfulness, we have teamed up with our friends at GoYoga Powell & Martha Jane's Flower Farm to offer you an evening of energizing movement, a flower bouquet demo class and community!
Emily will kick things off with an outdoor all levels flow class that will allow you to soak up some extra sunshine, take in the serene sounds and sensations of summer and connect more intentionally to your mind, body and breath. Following your practice you will be guided through the process of creating your own flower bouquet and have the opportunity to choose from an array of seasonal flowers and foliage to form your own unique arrangement.
But that's not all! This event is also about fostering a sense of community and connection. We encourage you to engage in conversations with fellow participants, exchange stories, and forge new friendships in a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. The evening will be filled with laughter, shared experiences, and a sense of togetherness, all while surrounded by the beauty of nature and the aroma of blooming flowers.
