EVENT RENTAL AT THE LOCUST TABLE

The Locust Table is available to rent after normal operating hours. With a wide open space, movable tables and a patio space, The Locust Table can transform into a beautifully customized space perfect for your next event.

EVENT RENTAL FEES

Rates for Event Rentals start at $550/hour for weekdays (Monday - Thursday evenings) and $750/hour for weekend evenings (Friday - Sunday). This includes the entire restaurant closed to the public for exclusive use by you and your guests, along with staffing. There is only a 3 hour minimum, making it perfect for those looking for more flexibility with their timing needs.

This price also includes all food and drinks equaling the rental cost. The total rental cost reflects the minimum for private events. If food and beverage costs go above the rental fee, it will be added to the final tab.

Applicable tax and 20% Gratuity is added to the total package.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

All private rentals include food and beverages. This includes all available beers, ciders, cocktails, liquors, and non-alcoholic beverages. Food for your rental can either be ordered directly off menu, or we can create a catered menu to fit your parties needs dependant on The Locust Table’s kitchen capabilities and availability of produce and products

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How many people can the space acccomodate?

We have enough tables and chairs to comfortably seat 65 people at the same time. Our occupancy is 110 for standing room.

Do you rent the space without providing food and drink?

Yes! You can rent the space for a three hour minimum without food and beverage for a 30% discount on rental fees.

Do you require a deposit to hold the space?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required.

What are my options for a menu?

Menus can be customized to your liking. Let’s talk!

Are we able to have alcohol?

We currently have a permit to sell and serve beer and cocktails. We love making a signature punch for your gathering!

Am I able to decorate and rearrange tables and chairs?

Absolutely! That is one of the great features of our space. You can easily rearrange the tables and chairs in different configurations to accomodate to your needs. We ask that all decor is easily removed by you (or a third party) before vacating the space without causing damage (no hard-tack adhesives, nails or staples). No glitter, confetti or silly string please.

Do you provide linens and decor?

We do not provide table linens and decor, but you are welcome to bring them in yourself or from a third party.

What is included in the rental fee?

The rental fee includes access to the entire restaurant dining space, including the patio, as well as all food and beverage. Plates, paper napkins, silverware and glassware are all at your disposal. The fee would also include any staffing needed for the evening in order to serve the food and beverage. We do ask for gratuity to be added for our staff. Restaurant ammenities include: full kitchen, walk-in cooler, dish machine, commercial coffee brewer, ice machine, ice/water dispenser in dining room, patio with heaters and umbrellas, two gender-nuetral restrooms, two serving areas, speaker system, tables and chairs to seat 65.
