We have teamed up with our friends at GoYoga Powell and Rhinegeist Brewery to offer you a one of a kind summer event that will leave you feeling equally refreshed and relaxed! 

Emily will kick things off by guiding you through an outdoor all levels flow class, with the soothing sounds of nature as your soundtrack you will feel the warmth of the sun on your skin and breathe in the fresh summer air. As you move through the poses you will cultivate mindfulness and embrace the beauty of movement as you stretch and strengthen your body in harmony with your surroundings. After practice each participant will receive a flight of summer beers by Rhinegeist Brewery (non-alcoholic options available) and light snacks!

This is a time to slow down, sip and savor the summer season, mingle with your yoga community, laugh, make new connections and create lasting memories.
